Aimed at creating a premium experience out of Lagos daily shenanigans, Red Bull Danfo Rally will hold tomorrow November 16th, 2023 in Lagos.
On Lagos roads, the Danfo is easy to recognize as mid-size commercial buses with yellow-and-black striped exclusive painting. While growing up and going about daily activities in the busy city, you can easily catch a sight of the Danfo drivers whose buses are stationed at designated bus stops and parks with passenger-hailing conductors.
Danfo journeys are infamous for spontaneous annoying but rib-cracking dramas and surprises by passengers, drivers and bus conductors. The bus drivers are usually resilient to any form of obstacle on their way that might slow travel time and the number of runs per day including traffic and potholes.

Sportive Concept
10 Danfos must make their way through varying routes passing through different obstacles (random ticket points, checkpoints, pothole-filled roads, etc.) while while trying to reach the final destination in a stipulated time.
Mechanics
Each team is made up of 1 Danfo Driver, 1 SOL (The Conductor) & 1 wild card (comedian), and 10 passengers in a Lagos Danfo. The team members are picked up at two bus stops where ‘The conductor’ must call out to the ‘right passengers’. Each team must make at least one re-fuel stop while navigating the route options briefed at the starting point to get to the finish line within 1 Hour.

18 + Male & Female, A, B & C1 | Workers, Students, Drivers & Road users and Lago residents generally.
