Saraki Trial Adjourned To November

According to This Day, the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has adjourned the thirteen-count charge of false assets declaration case against the Senate President, Bukola Saraki. This case is based on crimes that Saraki allegedly committed as the Governor of Kwara State between 2003 and 2011.

The Chairman of CCT, Justice Danladi Umar, adjourned the trial to November 5 and 6. Furthermore, the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, led other Senators numbering over 20, to accompany Saraki to the tribunal.
