Accelerate TV has released the third season of web comedy series Visa on Arrival. Cast of the new season includes a reprisal of actors from the previous one, such as Taymesan, Datwarrigirl, Realwarripikin and Bovi.
Written by Bovi Ugboma, produced by Ann Obaseki and directed by Edem Victor, Visa on Arrival follows the story of four immigration officers with different personalities that come into play as they decide the fates of people seeking approval for their visas. The officers are the religious fanatic Charity (Datwarrigirl), the bribe-collecting Okoro (Taymesan), the narcissistic Francis (Bovi) and the no-nonsense Hope (Realwarripikin)
The series debuted in 2021, with the first season released on Accelerate TV YouTube channel. A satirical comedy, the show pokes fun at the flaws of the Nigerian immigration service, focussing on the unprofessional conducts of officers in the system.
