Shaybo Is Joined By DreamDoll On Rhyme And Rhythm Fest ‘Broke Boyz’

Shaybo is usually so brazen and unrefined in her songs, these characters are in line with her Queen of the South persona. Her last release, Dobale was so personal she left no question unanswered. Today, she digs in further to show us a part of her we haven’t witnessed. Joined by Bronx native, rapper, DreamDoll, she tells of her disdain for broke men wielding hard-hitting bars and even more fiery instrumentals as her tools of expression on Broke Boyz.

Despite her calm and pretty looks in the accompanying video, there’s nothing remotely pacifying about Shaybo in Broke Boyz. She’s relentless, her words, unfiltered and her demeanor, as stoic as her expression. Chock full of bars that match her attitude, Broke Boyz is as reflective of Shaybo as her impressive roll-out of singles since Dobale.
