A close associate of President Muhammad Buhari and chieftain of the ruling APC, Ali Ibrahim has sensationally alleged a plot of some APC governors to unseat the president come 2019.
Ali Ibrahim made this allegation while being interviewed by DailyPost.
He stated that the alleged move by the governors was as a result of their intention to imposed their loyalists in lieu of proper election during the ward and states congress as well as APC’s national convention.
” As I am talking to you now, we are aware of the APC governors’ plan to replace only vacant positions in their respective state to prepare them against Buhari during the national convention to hold soon because we have discovered some governors don’t want to conduct state congress election as announced by the APC for fear of losing election,” said Ibrahim
