Nigerian singer and songwriter, Superstar YB, has released his highly anticipated EP project titled AFRO KING. Produced by Mr MARZ, a Nigerian production maestro, the four-track body of work is a refreshing blend of Afrobeat, Dancehall, and Amapiano music.
Superstar YB’s EP celebrates love, joy, and life while paying homage to Africans’ true identity as royalty. In this project, the singer drew influence from legendary musicians he grew up listening to like Fela, King Sunny Ade, and Angelique Kidjo. Speaking with Vanguard, he said each track on the EP is special and memorable.
