In Kasonova, Oluseyi Asurf Amuwa’s latest feature since Hakkunde, Wale Ojo plays a Casanova who denigrates women and Ireti Doyle plays a no-nonsense lady who is quick to silence men like Ojo’s character. In typical rom-com fashion, the script, written by Tomi Adesina (Hakkunde) and Ugochukwu Isreal, will most likely see the two characters end up together.
Kasanova stars popular Nollywood comic actors including Ayo Makun, Toyin Abraham, Odunlade Adekola, and Helen Paul. The film opens in cinemas nationwide on September 13.
