When we think about legendary artist-producer duos in Nigeria, we think D’Banj-Don Jazzy, Wizkid-Sarz/Maleek Berry/ Legendury Beatz, Davido-Shizzi and Olamide-Pheelz/ Young Jonn. Another combination working its way on to this list one track at a time is Tekno and Krisbeatz. Their first track that made a sizeable impact on the airwaves was arguably 2016’s biggest, Pana and they now return with another radio friendly record tagged Samantha.
With this effort, we see Tekno stay true to what begins to look like an unspoken contract he signed with himself to deliver a discography laden with love songs. We are privy to a great blend with easy to follow lyrics from Tekno which meet drums and synths on the uptempo Krisbeatz beat.
