At the start of the year, the singer unravelled his captivating sound on his love-glazed EP Mylestone. The six-track project encompasses Afrobeats and a myriad of influences ranging from trap to alt-pop.
Since the release, Tha Boy Myles has consistently spearheaded a cohort of artists who are transforming the Afropop scene. Following his EP, he released his single Sugar, a track that reinforces his melodic radius and ability to rhythmically flow on a beat. Tha Boy Myles consistently expresses his feelings for his love interest, pampering her with compliments throughout the track. He begins the track proclaiming his burning desire for his love interest on a pleasant brass synth that shoulders the song before transitioning to a thrilling hook.
