Time and again, Tiwa Savage has dazzled us this year with actions that glorify her brand and the causes she supports. Her third studio album was released to critical acclaim this year and way before it, her evolution in favor of a western hybrid began. We’ve seen it shadow a myriad of actions and just weeks after her heartwarming and inspiring performance at this year’s comeback Mobo Awards, she returns, sleek and sultry-voiced in the video for the Speroach produced Park Well, one of the better tracks of Celia, her earlier released album.
Joined by Davido and a live band akin to the one she had at the Mobo Awards, Tiwa Savage, by way of her mesmeric performance, erupts feelings that mirror hers. Even as captivating as the duo’s performance is the video’s florid aesthetic, their synergy and Tiwa’s come hither demeanor, maintained from start to finish of the video.
The DK directed video is yet another indication of Tiwa’s advancement in the right direction.
