Introducing Trapped Radio Show

Trapped is a student radio show hosted by Damilola Osinubi and Feyikemi Akin-Bankole, known as ‘Dami and Feyi‘. Dami studies Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE), whereas Feyi studies International Management. Both girls are first year students at the University of Warwick.

They decided to start this, as they are both lovers of music and wanted to bring something new to the student radio. Trapped gives you a mix of Hip-Hop, RnB, Grime, Bashment, Afrobeats and of recent, ‘Afro-Alternative’. In addition, the hosts talk about things that happen in the entertainment world and try to add some personal experiences or stories about life in university.

Every other week, Dami and Feyi try spicing things up a bit by giving the show a special theme. So far, there have been five episodes which are available to listen to on their soundcloud (details given below). Trapped is aired every Wednesday at 10pm (UK time) on player.radio.warwick.ac.uk
