New artist Ubi makes her official debut with a new single titled Hapu Ya. Signed to Créme Records, she is a talented budding artist and gifted songwriter. Born Ubi Kimberley Inikpi in Lagos, Nigeria, the Afrofusion singer fell in love with music from a young age. Growing up on a sonic diet of various genres including Afrobeats, hip-hop and R&B fuelled her passion to create music.
Now a budding artist, Ubi personifies creativity and versatility as you can hear in her eclectic music. Hapu Ya is the lead single off Ubi’s forthcoming debut EP set to drop early this year. The new song shows off her writing chops with the nifty lyricism interwoven with earworm melodies. It is produced by Beatpriet; mixed and mastered by PTDmix.
