Since independence, corruption has plagued Nigeria and as such with President Buhari’s campaign came promises to fight without fear or favor the disease that has robbed Nigeria of so much.

Police corruption has become so rampant that it then looks as if police officers are entitled to something when they hail “Happy Weekend Sir.” Public schools across the country continue to suffer despite a budget of over $2Billion ever year. Emir Sanusi speaks on how accountability is absent in Nigeria and as such makes it easy for shady deals to pass.
