Video : Pastor Tunde Bakare Calls for Cabinet Reshuffle

Pastor Tunde Bakare, the Founder and Serving Overseer of Latter Rain Assembly (LRA), and Convener of Save Nigeria Group (SNG), in his annual State of the Nation Broadcast has praised and criticised the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, who he ran for office (as Vice Presidential Candidate) with in 2011.

Bakare said that “it is unfortunate” that the ‘change’ mantra “that was once the rallying cry for progressive development has now become associated with retrogression and suffering.”

He called on the Federal Government to emulate Singapore in its Anti-Corruption war.

He also called on President Buhari to reshuffle his cabinet saying; “we have no more time to waste…. square pegs in round holes must be removed or put in appropriate places; the wicked who surround the righteous must be led away from the presence of the king. Those who cannot stand the heat must get out of the kitchen.”
