Award-winning filmmaker and visuals director Kemi Adetiba is making good on her promise for a King of Boys Sequel with the release of a 5-minute teaser of the upcoming film. The original movie, King of Boys, was released in 2018 with resounding success. The intense 3-hour plot followed the story of Alhaja Eniola Salami, a businesswoman and philanthropist, her struggle for political power, and the cost of her ruthless ambitions. One of many firsts and wins, the stellar production featured Sola Sobowale, Adesua Etomi, Reminisce, Toni Tones, Jide Kosoko, Illbliss, and received multiple awards and recognitions in Nigeria and abroad.
King of Boys II has been in the works and could not have come at a better time.
