Wonder and Kasien Connect on ‘We Out’

Emerging with warm lo-fi synths, the rising rapper’s powerful vocals glide between a galaxy of trap-hats and floor shaking 808s. With deftly executed production, courtesy of Kelvin Krash, the track provides solid foundation for Wonder’s expressive lyricism to dominate the soundscape in a sleek and stirring fashion.

Speaking on his and Kasien’s latest link-up, the rapper said: We Out was made straight after Vanilla Sky. Me, Krash and Kasien were locked in at the studio and as soon as Krash hit the playback the big energy that came from the song was mad high! Kas was on the vibe, put the verse down and it just felt complete like the spark of a new wave”.

Born in Rouen and raised in Hackney, Wonder’s rise to creativity had humble beginnings, from creating beats and MC-ing whilst in school, to working at the BAPE store – before earning a place at BBC (Billionaire Boys Club). With indisputable talent and a tenacious drive for creativity, We Out marks only the start of Wonder’s path to success, and with plenty in store for 2021, it won’t be long before his music successfully infiltrates the mainstream conscience.
