Ever one to stir up a storm, Yemi Alade returns this year with a character befitting opener in the video for Oga, one of her final releases of 2018.
As usual, Yemi Alade takes to the streets to show off energetic and artsy dance moves with a crew. Only this time, with directorial help from Clarence Peters, she adds a number of Asian, Gothic, Virginal, Retro and traditional Nigerian monarch twists to the colorful video including a new talking drum led extension of the original song.
Oga isn’t unlike anything we’ve gotten from Yemi Alade before and we hope this year, she evolves past the usual.
