LP opener Tony Montana offers a charismatic introduction as he likens himself to the mafia legend, whilst Pot Of Gold incorporates South-East Asian percussion with an Amapiano log drum as he questions if he’ll ever find his true love. Bahamas picks up the pace on a fun and feel-good production, whilst the Magicsticks- produced Aquafina sees him channel his inner Romeo as he laments the lack of love experienced in a one sided relationship.
Originally making his name as the producer behind hits for Olamide, Naira Marley, Davido, Tiwa Savage and Zinoleesky amongst others, and earning the nickname “The Wicked Producer” in the process, he stepped out of the shadows and signed a record deal with Nigeria’s foremost record label Chocolate City Music in 2021, wasting no time in making his presence felt as an artist with debut single Dada off his first EP Love Is Not Enough – becoming an instant smash and leading to Davido jumping on the remix.
