This morning, according to Daily Post and the Guardian, members of the Biafra Zionists Federation made an attempt at taking over the Enugu Government House.
Under the leadership of self-appointed President, Barr. Benjamin Onwuka, the group made their way to the Government House armed with Biafra flags in honor of an earlier promise to be a the House to declare themselves a part of the Biafran Republic
On arrival at the House, they were reportedly met by a combined team of security operatives consisting of the Department of State Security, the anti-terrorism squad, mobile policemen and other personnel.
According to Daily Post, Onwuka and a group of about 15 others were arrested while other supporters fled.
