“When Nigeria beat Brazil” is a song we all heard growing up. Well, if things go well we might be hearing it again. The Nigerian National football team, the Super Eagles will go head to head with Brazil for an international friendly this October. Over a decade ago, in 2003, the first ever friendly held between Nigeria and Brazil in which Nigeria lost 3-0.
The Super Eagles recently came third in the 2019 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) and are currently preparing for the 2021 AFCON qualifiers. The match is set to hold on the 13th of October at the national stadium in Singapore.
