Boko Haram strike bus station in Biu, 15 killed.

Two suicide bombers have succeeded in killing at least 15 people at Tashan Gandu bus station in Biu town, Borno when they detonated two bombs at 3pm today.

Of the two bombers, only one’s explosives were properly detonated while the other was shot dead before his explosives could go off.

This is the latest Boko Haram attack following a speech by President Goodluck who claimed that the tide had turned against Boko Haram and so they had started targeting soft spots.

The two men were said to disguise as travellers and once the first one detonated his bomb in the middle of petty traders and travellers the second was shot down by soldiers before he could press the button to detonate his bombs.
