From the biting plot that makes the Stormzy assisted Real Life video intriguing to the confidence brimming in Wonderful and the pain projected on Monsters You Made, Burna Boy has told stories that truly touch and he continues down this line this year, in the video for Onyeka, one of the album’s better tracks.
Shot in a quaint city in Ghana with worthy backdrops that bring life and charm to his words, the DK directed video also serves as an alternate view of Burna Boy’s encompassing life as an entertainer. He’s been an activist and a hustler among personas, however this time, in line with cupid’s directives, he’s a lover-boy, and just as his antics, mirroring his muses’, it is fascinating.
