Why Now?

This campaign celebrates today’s changemakers and is committed to nurturing the next generation, ensuring that knowledge, networks, and hard-won lessons are passed down.
A Word from Culture Custodian
“We want to platform women who have played and are playing significant roles in defining today’s media ecosystem. Some of these women help us hold powerful people accountable. Some of them have invested in making us feel seen and heard. Most importantly, they’re playing their roles in ensuring that we meet this moment. This campaign is a big thank you to them, for that and more. And to ensure that we invest in the future, we’re also running a mentorship program through which we would pair women who could help devise solutions to the aforementioned issues with those who have come before them.”
