Well, we have devised workout program which will put you closer to your dream body in 20 minutes, enjoy!

3 minute sprint interval warm up

20 push ups in 1 minute

stretch

3 minutes of suicides or HIIT [jog/sprint]

10 push ups in 30 secs

50 skips

repeat

rest- 2 minutes

repeat

4 minute boxing combination

rest- 1 minute

rowing at full pelt 2 minutes

warm down and stretch.
