Davido’s Abuja Concert: A night of Timeless Memories

Abuja is popular for being one of Nigeria’s most laid-back cities, calm and relaxing unlike the ever-bustling entertainment capital, Lagos. But on Thursday, 14th December 2023, Davido took the city on a thrilling entertainment journey, freezing time with his music. 

Curated by ace premium, lifestyle, events promotion and entertainment company — Apitainment, it took place at the monumental Eagles Square, Abuja. The night kicked off with the host, Ehiz hyping up the audience and getting them excited to party. Followed by a crop of packed performances by Morravey, Logos Olori, Odumodublvck, setting the stage before Davido made his entrance. 

In his well curated set, Davido took the audience on his journey, pre-global artistry, bringing back reminiscent hits like The Money, Aye, Baddest Boy, before finally performing tracks off his recent, now Grammy-nominated album, Timeless. 

Other popular celebrities including CrossDaBoss, Neo Akpofure, Jerry Shaffer, Special Spesh and DJ Ecool amongst others made appearances to show support during the show. The CEO of Apitainment, Adewumi Segun Gabriels, spoke about how gratifying it was to plan and execute the event.
