Following months of anticipation, superstar Dice Ailes has released his debut EP Ladies First.
After the release of Hold Me featuring Tiwa Savage in February, Dice announced an EP on the way, giving us a glimpse into what was obtainable with the Tiwa Savage assisted record. The tracklist on Ladies First is one that is very personal to Dice Ailes, as he draws inspiration from a lot of his own experiences. He channels his vulnerability and an odyssey of other emotions as he sets on the musical journey that is Ladies First.
With his music career spanning almost a decade, Ladies First is Dice Ailes’ first project and it is interesting that he chooses to share something as important as the relationships and encounters he speaks about the EP. The female-centric project features international acts like Kaydy Cain and Grammy award-winning Latina, Rosalia. The EP features mostly mid-tempo records, setting the mood for the sincerity that backs its creation. Dice Ailes pulls the audience into his real-life experiences, with a carefully thought-out delivery that indulges you, prompting you to enjoy the music as he tells his story.
