A couple of months ago, we were introduced to Emo Grae’s versatility on one of the lead singles off Ejoya Music’s Class Of ’20 project, Selense, among others and although he debuted last year with Need You, it wasn’t until his affiliation with the music distribution company his discovery became on a wider scale. As he attempts to dive deeper into the mainstream this month, he enlists Buju for 0903, a mid-tempo love ballad rich in melodic synths and corny lyrics.
Powered by his lyrical dexterity, reflected in the graphic nature of the song’s narrative, Buju’s mesmeric vocals, and their overpowering harmonies, 0903 is a sweet manifesto that will definitely earn the duo an audience with their muses and push Emo farther up the ladder.
