Fave Reinforces Her Passion On Rhythm Filled Comeback ‘Beautifully’

Fave has been peddling her vocals and ability to give meaning to just about any instrumental as her winning features since her social media cover days. More than a year ago, she put on her big girl pants and officially started her journey with N.B.U, a Jinmi Abduls produced love song that highlighted everything that drew us to her initially. She has paced herself due to professional and personal reasons and returns this month with Beautifully, a midtempo ode to her undying feelings for a lover she addresses in her deep, sultry, sweeping vocals.

Fave goes back to basics on Beautifully. Her laudable fusion of RnB/Pop sprinkled with bits of Dancehall that almosts goes unnoticed gives her the edge she needs to jump into candor and corniness, stretched by her voice and the tangibility of lyrics she wrote herself.

In the same vulnerable manner she put out herself two years ago, Fave’s fragility on Beautifully doesn’t stem from her delivery because the force in her voice says otherwise. Rather, it comes from the feelings she spotlights, and while this isn’t character-defining in any way, it speaks to her affinity for stories with depth, one that will appreciate along with her many other capabilities as she progresses.
