Another well-deserved win for Nollywood’s own Genevieve Nnaji, who continues to position herself for world domination with this new move.
Riding on the back of the successful premiere of her directorial debut, Lionheart at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and Netflix’ acquisition of the movie, she has just signed a film deal with Beverly Hills, California-based private company, United Talent Agency (UTA); one of the largest in the world, with an estimate of 300 agents representing actors, producers, directors, writers, artists, and other professionals in the creative field.
UTA is the home of many household names including Angelina Jolie, Kevin Hart, Gwyneth Paltrow, DJ Khaled, Chris Pratt, F. Gary Gray, Peter Morgan, even professional wrestling company, TNA, amongst a host of other professionals.
Like these professionals, Genevieve who has starred in Nollywood classics like Blood Sisters, Ijele Ijé: The Journey, Half Of A Yellow Sun, just to name a few, keeps flourishing with new heights in her career.
