Ghana and Nigeria Create Magic on King Promise’s Oh Yeah Remix With Mr Eazi

Alternative sounds and delightful alliances have come from collaborations between Ghanaian and Nigerian artists in recent times. Both countries have witnessed and are still witnessing a sudden bloom of amazing talents who are absolutely changing the game. A phenomenal talent that falls right into this category is Accra born Gregory Promise Bortey Newman popularly known as King Promise.

The singer/songwriter has been on the music for more than a minute now in Ghana, under the alias “Boy P”, but upon signing his new contract with Legacy Life Entertainment (LLE) dawned the new persona we know and love – King Promise. Under his belt are songs with just about every successful name out of Ghana at the moment, ranging from Papy Kojo, Sarkodie, Fuse ODG, Magnom, Double Trouble, Dj Breezy, Joey B, D-Black, B4Bonah and now, the latest addition to his list of collaborations is Nigeria’s very own Mr Eazi.

Released 4 months ago, Oh Yeah was originally sung by just King Promise, and witnessed profound success. However, on the 24th of September, 2017 he droped the remix featuring Mr Eazi. Just like the original, the remix retains its high tempo and bouncy feel with its ability to satisfy music fans of multiple demographics. Both artists carry equal weights on the song and deliver in their distinctive fashion. They both beckon on their Queens (Ohema) to come close (Bra Minky3n) and Give it to them (Famame).

King Promise took to his official YouTube and SoundCloud platforms to release the audio (produced by Killbeatz) and official lyric video (compilled by inkmonsta).
