Givens Releases “Her Dark Instruments,” An R&B Journey Of Love And Debauchery

On his sophomore album Her Dark instruments, Givens spins stories of love and the complexities of modern-day relationships against a slick blend of Afro-R&B, Alt-R&B, R&B/Soul, Trap and Rock. The smooth, silky melody of the album points to influences from artists like SZA, Miguel, Bryson Tiller and boasts of a deft musical skill Givens possesses. 

The self produced project opens with Believer,  a mid-tempo afro-RnB track that sets the stage for the world of lust and debauchery that Givens explores throughout the project.
