The governor of Lagos state, Akinwunmi Ambode has accepted the outcome of the primary election of the All Progressives Congress held on Tuesday.
The governor, through a released statement, congratulated the winner, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and pledged to work for his emergence as the governor of the state during the general election in 2019.
The governor also urged party faithful to unite ahead of the general elections.
