Iykz and Maleek Berry are no strangers to each others sets. About 4 years ago, they teamed up on the former’s single, They Know and with Maleek Berry being as generous as he is, lending his sound to different people, cultures and for various reasons, comes with little to no pressure for him. This week, he reprises his role as Iykz’s partner on his new single Show Me Mercy, a fast paced, EDM infused and tragic love song on which Maleek Berry takes the lead.
The Legendury Beatz produced track features each artist in their element, uniquely dispensing lines that take the shape of the reverberating drums going off in the background as they plead for mercy from their Muses.
Iykz and Maleek Berry are a duo that deserve more screen and airtime seeing as their music synergy is one that yields bankable and chart worthy tracks. We hope to receive more from them in the future.
