Johnny Drille Meets Johnnie Walker in New Father’s Day Campaign

Johnnie Walker partners with Johnny Drille for its Father’s Day campaign tagged JWToastToDad.

The #JWToastToDad campaign aims to showcase the positive influences made by men at home and the society at large. It also sends the message that all father figures are valued, even if they are not biologically our dads.

In the campaign video, Johnny Drille’s “Papa” track is sampled. “Papa” released last year June just in time for Father’s Day is a reminder of how our Fathers inspire us to Keep Walking.

Drille says, “After I moved to another city, I realized how much I wanted to be with family,” he continues. “It’s been three years since I left home and Pa’s words still resonate in me, they keep me going. Fathers deserve more appreciation than they get.”

To support fathers during this time, Johnnie Walker is donating N5000 up to N5M million every time someone shares a post about their dad or a father figure using #JWToasttoDad.
