Formerly known as Kiddominant, KDDO builds on his derived career as a musician today with the Davido-assisted Beamer Body, which comes on the back of laurels afforded to him by his production credit on Chris Brown’s Under The Influence and 2020 Amapiano influenced hit, eWallet. In line with the encompassing theme of evolution decorating his brand at the moment, Beamer Body prides itself on KDDO’s intercontinental experience as a producer and feeds off a colorful array of sounds.
While the Beamer Body beat is infectious and garnished with harmonies from the duo, its focal message – adequately visualized in glimpses from the music video directed by Chris Simon, seeks to empower beautiful women around the world to be comfortable in their bodies. “Feel sexy, baby! There’s something about you,” is a line that resonates throughout the video.
The single also serves as the lead to his forthcoming debut EP, which is now available to be pre-ordered on music streaming platforms. The EP has been designed to be a feel-good body of work and Beamer Body is enough proof that KDDO is in line with this already.
