Lady Donli continues to prove with every release that she is a force to be reckoned with and her latest single, Ice Cream which features Tomi Thomas is another indication that she has found her sweet spot. On the Nosa Appollo produced track, Donli employs as a metaphor for love reminding us of our attraction despite the negatives presented by ice cream and signifying that love could be the same type of messiness and less than linear situation.
In creating Ice Cream, which reaffirms trust in Donli following her year opening single, Kashe Ni, she recruits DJ Woske and Mr O who add their touch with the former providing supporting vocals while the latter works on the production side by engineering, mixing and mastering the effort.
