For Mayorkun and Victony, 2021 was a mixed bag. Mayorkun was able to build upon the strides of 2020 where Geng found mainstream success with his Back to Office album in line with his self-styled appellation as the “Mayor of Lagos”. Victony on the other hand found himself in a life-threatening accident that impacted his mobility leaving him in a wheelchair for the rest of the year. However, he found mainstream success and was introduced to the public via his appearance on Holy Father- one of the biggest songs of the busy Christmas period.
The basis of these visuals conveys Mayorkun on a top-secret mission as he seeks out a higher entity. The video was directed by TG Omori and produced by Semzi.
