Mayorkun And Davido Revert To Old Ways In Video For ‘Betty Butter’

Time and again, Mayorkun has proven his penchant and perfection of the art of projection, a profitable feature we witnessed after the release of hit singles like Geng and Of Lagos, all spurn by everyday inspirations. Recognising the profitability and easy saturation of singles borne of this, he releases his third single of the year, Betty Butter. Speaking on it origin, Mayorkun said,

“Betty Butter was such a fun track for me to write. I actually took inspiration from a conversation myself and Davido were having about social media and women”

admitting his preference for easy, organic tracks complete with the makings of transcendent hits.

The sprightly Speroach produced single is accompanied by a comical Clarence Peters directed video that sees the synergetic duo who are besotted with the same woman going to town with their bubbly feelings.
