Mayorkun Makes 2021 Debut On Bouncy ‘Let Me Know’

Mayorkun’s latest release, Let Me Know, is accompanied by plenty of excitement from his fans who have eagerly anticipated a new track since his last in December of 2020; a year that set the bar high with multiple hit singles released including, Geng, Of Lagos and the Davido-assisted Betty Butter that dominated the charts as well as playlists across music real estate. The same year, he featured on Davido’s A Better Time album and would later earn his debut on BBC 1Xtra A-List for the fan-favorite track The Best. Far as 2021 goes, Mayorkun continues to evolve his profile as an authority in music. Not only has he had a solid collaboration run, making him arguably one of the industry’s most featured musicians, he has also aligned with global brands. Now that he appears to be settling well in this echelon, Mayorkun shares Let Me Know, which is a smooth and earnest dose of Afrobeats with romance at its heart.

The Clemzy-produced single is Mayorkun’s first solo release in almost nine months and is coming amid speculations of an album project especially from his fans who have clamored that he is past due for a sophomore LP release. With its bounce-grimy instrumental, Mayorkun proves he still knows how to stoke fires.
