Naira Marley Shares 6-track EP ‘Lord Of Lamba (LOL)’ And Video For ‘Isheyen’

Naira Marley made his way to the top this year by making unadulterated music that has bridged the gap between different factions in the society today. For his celebratory and concluding move, he shares a 6-track EP that encompasses the entirety of his brand, comical, metaphorical and engaging.

The 6-track EP aptly titled Lord of Lamba (LOL), a street slang that alludes to Naira’s credible status is a compilation of symbolic and thought-provoking tucked in metaphors interpreted in loose and silly sounding lyrics. He employs the use of the Afrobeat inspired dubstep drum driven instrumental now signature to his mood inducing sound. Joined by Mayorkun, Young Jonn and a couple of others, Naira Marley breezes through movement inspiring tracks though not as solid as his 2019 hits but equally as engaging.

Released alongside the EP is the Naya directed video for Isheyen, one of the EPs more sleepy tracks. He approaches the video in typical fashion, laid-back and surrounded by energetic dancers.
