In the past couple of years, Nissi has relegated her passive approach to music and taken it on with force, the most of it felt on solid singles like Over Here and Trouble, her last release before Judi, a piercing percussion-driven ode to her love for the good life.

Accompanied by an artsy video directed by longtime collaborator, The Alien, which speaks to her avant-garde inclinations and is a nod towards Beyonce’s abstract depiction of music, Judi is a fusion of Nissi’s renewed attitude towards music which oozes quality, passion, and fruitful research and her zest for life.
