OG Spaceman Debuts New Single ‘Trips And Vibration$’

Following his 2021 EP Drama Delay, Nigerian-born Toronto-based musician OG Spaceman, has dished out his first single this year, Trips n Vibration$.

Trips n Vibration$ is a fusion of Dancehall and Afrobeats influences. Inspired by the Toronto Caribbean scene and Canadian artiste, Roy Woods, Trips n Vibration$ is a feel-good song that can essentially be played when one wants to have a good time. The mid-tempo song allows the listener to feel engrossed in different elements of the song. The chord progressions layered with bright percussions give off the authentic Caribbean feel, coupled with the soothing vocal cadence that produces a catchy and unforgettable musical trip. On the track, Spaceman explains his desire to give a certain girl ‘Vibration’. In his words, “let’s catch some trips and catch Vibration”.
