Love songs seem to be the staple and comfort zone of the artist as Love You Anyway toes the lines of romance as do his past releases.
Love You Anyway sparks your attention at the very first strum of the guitar chord provided by guitarist Kenneth Godwin. His melodious inflections on the track on first listen, draw to mind the 90s contemporary r&b and pop era signature from the Like a of Back Street Boys.
The lyrics are a dreamy love letter to his love interest in the form of song ensuring her of his devotion in spite of whatever the world throws at them.
Straight out of the second verse, he gives way for an ensemble of singer’s who take on the hook. Ric Hassani and the background singers then dive into a high key change to close out the song.
