Skales Enlists Tekno On Scintillating Revamp Of ‘Badman Love’

Three months after offering the first version of EP standout, Skales shares the remix of the fan-favorite romance centric Badman Love with vocal contributions resulting in the new neo-Highlife flavor the single possesses from Afro Pop Star, Tekno.

Speaking about how the revamped version came about, Skales admits to its organic nature and encouraging reception by revealing that someone sent him a video of Tekno miming the track. “Apparently, he’s a huge fan of the song (it is possible that Tek loves the song more than me), so I asked for a remix and he agreed,” Skales says.

The remix retains the allure of the original version and welcomes Tekno’s scintillating verse.
