National leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu seems to have mocked former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s recently published public statement addressed to President Muhammadu Buhari urging him not to throw his hat into the ring in 2019.
Bola Tinubu was speaking at the Colloquium in his honour held Thursday, 29th March 2018, in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Tinubu made reference to a ‘bad belle letter’ written by “a certain individual who had had opportunity to be in office before.”
However it wasn’t clear if he aimed his barb at Former President Obasanjo or a former military president, Ibrahim Babangida who had soon followed Obasanjo in writing a publicly addressed letter to President Buhari.
