Nigeria’s first skate crew, WafflesnCream has gained increased attention in the past couple of months with world renowned media houses like Hypebeast and CNN featuring the youngsters attempting to carry skate culture on their backs in Lagos as well as a short film titled Jide.
The avid supporters reminisce Waffles N Cream’s early beginnings as one of the earlier lifestyle brands who pioneered street wear on this side of the world. After engaging with supporters with an art exhibition early in March, Waffles N Cream now returns to promoting street wear with a new lookbook with Chicago based streetwear brand, Leaders.
