We’ve been fortunate enough to witness duets powered by Omawumi and Waje – two industry stalwarts – in the past and as the latter bows out of years of time-defying performances and releases, we get a final dose of her thought-provoking vocals and the amazing chemistry she shares with Omawumi in an enchanting track titled She Is which also serves as the official soundtrack for their recently released movie of the same name.
On the fairytale-like track, the duo harmonize over a swirling Piano led background which leaves just enough room for the vocal powerhouses to deliver the best of their alluring verses.
She Is is a standard effort and we expected nothing less from the amazing duo.
