Fojo Media has released the official trailer for Kasanova, their upcoming rom-com about a playboy who meets a woman that makes him change his ways. Last week, we shared the teaser for the Asurf Oluseyi’s film starring Ireti Doyle and Wale Ojo in lead roles, and today we have the official trailer.
After the death of his childhood sweetheart and mother of his child, Femi Gbadamosi (Wale Ojo) morphs into a full-blown Lagos playboy who has no problem in changing women. He decided to turn his life around when he meets Ms. Jessica (Ireti Doyle), but the only problem is this conflicts with his son’s interest.
The trailer previews a hilarious film, but one with a cliché story, will screenwriters Tomi Adesina, Asurf Oluseyi, and Ugo Isreal brings something new to this repeated storyline? We will have to wait and see.
The film is directed by Asurf Oluseyi (Hakkunde) and produced by Faith Ojo. Kasanova stars Odunlade Adekola, Toyin Abraham, Ayo Makun, Helen Paul, Ayo Magaji, and Abayomi Alvin. Available in cinemas nationwide on September 13.
