Last week a few superstars taking Afrobeats to the world and putting Nigeria on the map had amazing shows in different continents and cities of the world. This week, we take a look at the highlights each show has to offer. While these moments will live forever, this opportunity to relive, if you had the opportunity to be there, or experience them will only present itself once a week.

CKay performed in a sold out Paradiso Tolhuistuin at the Amsterdam, Netherlands stop of his ongoing Sad Romance Tour. The show was officially announced as sold out exactly one month prior on the 14 of October. From what we can gather online, the show was a huge success with fans having a blast. This wasn’t CKay’s first time in The Netherlands either. He performed alongside Wizkid and Ruger in Rotterdam some months ago.

CKay performed in a sold out Club Volta at the Cologne, Germany stop of his ongoing Sad Romance Tour. The show made it to his growing list of sold out shows some days before it was held. The available footage online indicates that the show went smoothly and everyone had a swell time. CKay has performed in Germany multiple times now but this was his first personal appearance in the country. He had previously performed at the Wireless Festival in Germany on the 8th of July.

CKay continued his Sad Romance Tour by heading straight to Belgium to give them some of that Love Nwantiti energy. The vibes at the show were immaculate and the sold out Botanique was definitely energetic. CKay had his fans in Brussels, Belgium singing, dancing and having a night to remember.

Last week Wednesday was a special day as Wizkid took to New York City and Madison Square Garden leaving the whole internet talking. The Afrobeats star got the crowd screaming, and DJ Tunez got the crowd hyped up and energised. Wizkid is no newcomer to large performances and definitely knows how to shut down any venue he finds himself in.

For his debut show in the home of the Big Ben, Black Sherif made the city his. The scenes at the show were nothing but crazy. Burna Boy also came to support Blacko and they performed their hit single Second Sermon Remix. The venue was sold out and the fans came with so much energy for Black Sherif’s first headline show in London and first show ever.

Continuing his ongoing Sad Romance Tour, Africa’s Boyfriend CKay took to Le Bataclan in Paris, France to spread his sound and energy. Although CKay has graced a few stages in the city, this was his first headline show in the city and it sold out. Roni and Bianca Costa were present to support CKay and DJ Nani did his thing on the jockey.

As he is accustomed to, CKay shutdown London for his ongoing Sad Romance Tour. The artist performed at Koko in London, UK and so far it’s only been positive reviews. Fans were excited and the energy was beautiful. The show featured a guest performance from Pheelz and the whole event was electric. After a round of amazing performances the after party was held at Smade Lounge.
