As part of the promotion for her Woman of Steel album, Yemi Alade was on NdaniTV’s The Juice where she discussed making the hit song Johnny, doing songs in several languages and landing on The Gift album, which almost didn’t happen because her management ignored the email from Beyoncé’s camp for over 2 months.
The Mama Africa singer also discussed working with Grammy winner Angélique Kidjo on Woman of Steel. She says the track has been in works for three years.
